Order Management

You can review details of past orders any time, including products ordered, tracking information, purchaser name, and more. Order History displays all orders placed from your account in the last 12 months, whether they were made over the phone or online.

1. Orders can be sorted by tabs (Open Orders, Cancelled Orders, or All Orders).
2. Orders can be sorted by column headers (Order Number, PO Number, Total Order, Placed On, Status, or Shipped To).
3. Orders within the past 90 days can be sorted by date.
4. Search orders by Sales Order Number, PO Number, or Part Number.
5. Click on the order to display more details about the order.
6. The Tool Tip will indicate when an order needs authorization.
